when it was connected to the sound board it was great but kept falling off after 2 minuets. Tried wiping down the suction cup but still didnt last long.

Always thought of Peterson as the high end "Holy Grail" equipment. I had previously bought an AXL PG-800 acoustic guitar suction cup pickup elsewhere and gave it away as I thought it not good enough, then found a suction cup pickup on Peterson's web site and ordered it, expecting a Peterson product of high quality. Lo and behold, in the mail arrives an AXL PG-800. Oh, well, if that is the state of the art, so be it.

I would just like to comment on your great customer
service. I had a problem with the Suction Cup Pickup
not sticking. It sounds good but it doesn’t want to stick.
You people were great. Answered my email
the same day. Replaced the first pickup, and it sticks
a little better. Did not have to send the first one back
and pay shipping. Great customer service!
