I have owned several metronomes over the years and the BodyBeatSync is very cool. It offers number one, the silent pulsating vibe clip device that vibrates very prominently and the accents are definitive. I especially like the various accent patterns that each time signature offers which for me inspire creativity.
I am a new user and have yet to explore the extended possibilities of midi and syncing to my computer, but that is in my plans.
Overall I see and hear that this metronome incorporates all of the best features that I need in a metronome plus a few more that I have not seen before in a compact, well-built, professional piece of equipment that I am proud to adopt as my important drummer's gear. With a robust rechargeable battery I am good to go!
